1. Agreement

By using SellShots, you agree to these Terms of Service. SellShots is operated by AGHAZADA LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #7841, Albuquerque, NM 87113.

2. The Service

SellShots provides AI-powered product photography generation. You upload a product image and receive AI-generated e-commerce visuals. Results are provided on a best-effort basis — we do not guarantee specific output quality or style.

3. Account & Credits

  • You must register with a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Credits are consumed upon each generation request. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload images that:

  • Contain nudity, explicit content, or violence.
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Are intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You own the AI-generated outputs produced from your uploads. By uploading, you grant SellShots a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating your requested visuals.

6. Payments & Refunds

All credit purchases are final. If you experience a technical error that prevents generation, contact us at hello@sellshots.app and we will review your case.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SellShots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI outputs will meet specific commercial standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

AGHAZADA LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
